Remove and discard water damage flooring in the cabana 2 bathroom. Supply and deliver Hakwood's %- x engineered, unfinished, prime grade European Oak in random lengths (6'-8'). Adhere a 90 mil membrane, which reduces moisture vapor transmission, water intrusion and sound reduction, to the concrete subfloor. Mechanically fasten a'/:' CDX plywood to the membrane covered concrete subfloor. Adhere Oak plank to the plywood subfloor. Room to be covered is the pool cabana office and cabana 2 bathroom. Sand & Finish Description: Bag off and protect adjacent areas as necessary. Sand Oak plank coarse, medium and fine as necessary. stain to match approved sample and finish with commercial grade urethane. Rooms to be covered include the cabana 2 bedroom and bathroom and the pool cabana office. At owner's discretion, damaged boards are to be replaced on a time and materials basis. We assume the wear layer is sufficient to sand. Job Estimate: S 38,070.00 Option for 2,500 SF of stock material: S 34,690.00 Notations: 1. We assume the subfloor provided for us to be smooth, flat to meet industrs tolerances of 'h" variance over a 10' span, clean and dn•. Any flattening ofsubfloor to he done on a lime and material% basis. 2. Finished floor height is proposed to be I Mi" from a fat/les el substrate. 3. Customer understands and accepts that there may be a visible difference in color tone and sheen level between newly refinished flooring and existing. flooring 4. Furniture, furnishings, appliances, etc. to be removed by others prior to start date. 5. We assume the wear layer is sufficient to sand, 6. It is recommended that the baseboards, casings. and/or plinth blocks be installed after the flooring. 7. Although AlIF will use reasonable and prudent measures to limit wood dust, it. will be necessary for a final dust clean-up after our scope of work. 8. Although AHF will be careful not to damage any of the adjacent painted surfaces, it is likely that there will be some required touch-up painting after our scope of work. 9. Due to the availability of the floorismaterial, estimate is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, estimate is subject to change. W. Proposal does not include any permit fees or security deposits. II. Failure to pay complete contract total voids all warranties i.e. (all warranties expressed or implied). 12. No weekendibolidav work is included in contract price.
