hello there;
Dearest Ghislaine
Just as you are working on your multi- hugmongous deal - I am working on mine... it is
involving ISS -developing state of the art technology in the modeling and
simulation arena.
The business implications of this technology actually dwarf those of the US defence sector -
but it is always important to get the defence sector to validate the technology first -
which is why ISS's focus is on the defence market first. Our next move will be
over to such significant industries as the power industry, the automotive industry,
the chemical industry etc.
I'm looking for an angel investor who would put a minimum of 25,000 to a
maximum of
100,000 dollars into the Institute of Scientific Simulation (ISS)- on a 3X deal ie:
return of 3 x the original amount (plus interest on the original amount -
coming back to them within one year.. SEE ATTACHED EXAMPLE FOR
AN INVESTMENT OF 50k).plus an opportunity to pick up ISS membership
units which will be paying out quartery dividends once the company becomes
profitable - predicted for 2004. (The web site is at http://www.scisim.com)
Ghislaine, I consider ISS my most important and realistic meal ticket for the next 10 years
or more as long as we can get this very short term bridge money in now. As you
know, I have been working with them for a year - I have invested what little
moneys I could myself and have helped raise $50,000 dollars from others - We are
now literally two weeks away from bringing in extremely important defense
contracts (with very large money potentials attached) in the US - each worth about
100,000 dollars for the intital proofs of concept contracts). We have a 2 million
investment standing by to come in literally as soon as we have those contracts in
hand. We would most likely have had these contracts last week were it not for the
stupid hurricane in DC that closed down the government's offices without warning
on the two days when ISS was finalizing these contract opportunities.
It took over a month to set up those meetings, so the hurricate could not have come at a
more inopportune time for ISS - just when it was about to close these contracts -
they have been rescheduled now to 6th of October.
Is there any chance you can find a potentially immediately intersted angel - that David
Russell could at least talk on the phone with today??? They do Not have to be
engineering savvy to understand the importance of this technology at all. - They

really don't..
The opportunities are definitely both real and near term. I point this out, of course,
because when considering investment we all find a second voice helpful in the due
diligence process, particularly one with complementary expertise and domain
knowledge. The engineers at Strategic Insight have sponsored David into their
most valued customer relationships because they genuinely believe that the ACES
approach could genuinely help their clients succeed. Furthermore, the five most
promising contracts have a number of important characteristics which are critical
to ISS success: (a) Funding is already appropriated; (b) There are no competitors
involved in the specific decision processes; (c) Money will be disbursable
beginning only a short time after program/project startup; (d) Several of the key
prospects allow for some continued development and/or product reengineering,
moving into production application (versus requirements for mature, production-
ready systems software at the onset of the contracts); (e) All of the proposed
prospects being worked by SI for us have longer term, broader implications,
making them ideal pilots for the future, much larger project applications; (0 most
of the contracts relate to NEW or emerging requirements and/or systems; and,
(g) all of the core proposed projects involve defense systems of significant
mission and political significance.
Bottom line: if David Russell, ISS's Director and CEO is able to finish pulling these
projects in, then much of the financial business model he has presented will be
close to inevitable, assuming successful performance of the ACES development
process. SI will be there to support continued market development in mission
areas that will likely result in "killer applications" important to the ACES presence
in federal markets.
In addition, there is at least one company, High Performance Technologies, Inc.
(http ov6I.vw.hpti.com) that is ready to be the Washington mission application
development partner in support of project contract opportunities. HPTi will work
with ISS both in support of the SI efforts, and in application of the ACES
technology in other projects that ISS and HPTi might find. Most important, HPTi
will provide both a broad open contract vehicle accessible by any DoD or Federal
agency customer, as well as professional staff to support the customer effort,
working in concert with the ISS team. Finally, once ACES is ready for broad
application, ISS will already have two strongly placed commercial partners, and
will have access to at least two more, allowing for maximum penetration of the
Federal sector. In addition to HPTi, there are at least two, and possibly three
more successful enterprises that will take a great interest in the ACES environment
going forward. One, SRA International, is a high quality company that went
public last year. The other, Robbins-Gioia, specializes in large scale project
management.

PLEASE DO GET BACK TO ME VERY SOON - call me on my mobile - that's always
best -
Might you even think of doing this investment yourself? Quite frankly, I have always
wanted to do something foryou that's significant -- this in mind mind is one such genuinely
important opportunity whose fruit will become ripe within months, if i can just get
this final bit of support right now.
much love and thanks in advance for putting on your thinking cap for me....
