I had to review this with upper management. There are some concerns about the breakdown requested. We were initially asked to provide a full solution for the communications needs at the Ranch that we can support locally. I have provided a quote to meet the request. The IP Phone system that was included was removed at the onset which was not an issue. The wired and wireless infrastructure is a different issue due to the support requested and a complete working solution. After reviewing the details with management we do not feel that we can offer the full solution requested as partial options. We can fully support the equipment, design, implementation and support on the original offer but feel that anything less would result in either poor performance that we cannot warranty or support efficiently. If you would still like to have the breakdown by items and cost I can provide this next week and if acceptable the offer would need to be for the working solution proposed minus the original IP Phone system. I added an additional 2 year option that we would need to review at the end of the first 3 years. I broke the quote into 4 options. The labor is a bit reduced for the full option (4). The Gross Receipt Taxes arc also included on the final figure. The previous email provides a description of the variances in the different proposals that you have received.
