We =hared all the work we've done on structural issues and costs to fix them=(+/- $7M (not fully bid out)) which exceed our cash balances of around $3M. We also discussed with Rich that there is gr=nt money available potentially to bridge part of the gap (+/- $1.5M) a=d that perhaps BPPR was interested in lending us more money. There i= ROI in the event we can finance a chunk of the work with federal funds and cheaper debt (we are currently at 4.5% with BP=R). Rich agreed that the next step would be for us to =alk to approach BPPR. We have spoken to them and they are interested=in financing us. We sent them a full package of materials late November to evaluate the opportunity. They do take a while but =ave come through for us in the past as they like the asset.
