It goes to the board on the 3rd Wed of July. I spoke with Challenger today and TWA (not Freedom) is set to go
forward for the Air Center space. I spoke with Hobson yesterday and he confirmed this.
With warm regards,
Cecile

Jeffrey,.
Nicolas met with Port Authority board members at Air Center's hanger today. He mentioned to the board members his
intension's of opening an FBO and he stated, he's negotiating with Freedom Air the possibility of sub leasing from us. You
where quit clear with Nicolas to hold off putting in his application for the FBO until we are awarded the hanger, however it
didn't stop him verbalizing his intension's. Nicolas did not officially submit his application to port authority, only lobbied his
case to the board today. I would assume there will be board members that will brief Hancock.
Nicolas is scheming to make you believe the only reason we are getting awarded the hanger is because of the FBO idea,
and would force us to letting him work out of our hanger with his FBO and R44 Charter business, He doesn't understand
this could work against us,.
Cecile, you have the best repore with Ken and Port Authority, can you check on hanger status and when it goes to the board
for vote? everyone indicates the we are first on the list, but Roy told me that Hancock has put in his application for Air
Centers hanger also.
just today's update,
Larry
