We are filling the forms to Merrill Lynch, but the Marital Trusts and the NC Revocable Trust seem to require the signature of the Trustees. Is it OK to go ahead? Noam states that a deposit was made into his checking account on that date in the amount of $70,000, but not the full amount. We can also see from your records that distributions totalling $150,000 were made from the Noam Chomsky Revocable Trust during the period of January 26,2015 — February 4, 2015, which may account for some of these funds, but not the total, and none of these distributions show a wire/deposit into the checking account. We are unable to go any further in our investigation as we have no other records to check. Please let me know with whom on your team I can coordinate to look into this matter so that we can provide Noam with full detail into the disbursements associated with the $187,000 RMD.
