He has represented public companies, lenders, committees of secured and unsecured creditors, boards of directors, investors, and acquirers in Chapter 11 and 15 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Sabin has chaired and taught numerous legal education and professional programs and is the author of many published articles and outlines on bankruptcy-related topics.
