Dear Mr. Gordon,
Per your request we have revised our quote to include complete scope of
work less concrete material and electrical, which is by owner. Additionally we
have included LSJ providing ocean transport of equipment and manpower,
should this not be the case please advise us, so to, we can add that cost to this
proposal (this includes all demo material disposal) We have included labor
and equipment for Demo of the existing structure into LSJ Roll offs for their
ultimate disposal; same is true of concrete, we therefore remove it so to install
footings and anchor bolts. The existing block retaining wall will be
constructed with new footings and a poured concrete wall, we will overlay the
existing concrete slab and use fill when required to address enlargement of
slab and footings for the new building.
Please note that the building will be provided by the owner, we have also
included mechanical drains per bay piped up to 100ft. Note that oil separator
is NOT included. Our estimate comprises a 6" slab, the retaining wall is 12" to
8 " thick subject to a Lic PE's approval. And of course the building erection
included all door, terms to be negotiated.
ABC is a licensed Virgin Islands General Contractor. Our liability policy
include a 2 million dollars, should higher value be revised (up to 5 million)
add 4 % of project gross amount to base bid. Our price is $491.250.00
This is valid for 30 days unless extended in writing.
