There seems to some confusion regarding this section of road
I remember Rich asking me if the Road to Well 4 was necessary.
I thought he meant all the Way to Well 4, not just between the two storied house and yellow house, my mistake.
I do recommend this section of paving is performed.
This section of road is used daily for the checking and reading of Wells and meters. on a weekly schedule .
My concern is the Deteroiation of the surface/edge of the main access road at the turn point from unpaved to paved road surface
can they proceed with this section of road, (sketch F)

Yes, that's correct. Mr. Kahn removed the road to the well house ( Sketch "F" ) on August 8. Please see attached.
