MINN I am being asked to provide support as the victims are in distress and afraid to testify. Maybe we can have a
call with MIMI/ to discuss the needs?

Hi — there is no hard policy regarding the provision of services post indictment. The USAO is responsible for the
provision of services post indictment. As you know, often times VSs are requested to support the victims due to their
preexisting relationships and trust developed during the investigative stage. The victims in the Maxwell case should be
provided transportation by the USAO or the case agent. Are you being asked to just provide transportation or also
provide support during the trial?
Thanks,

Subject: Maxwell trial
Hin I am reaching out regarding our previous discussion about assisting with the Maxwell trial. It is scheduled
for 11/29 with the four victims testifying the first week. The case agent has asked for assistance with transporting
victims before and during the trial. Per our earlier conversation you stated that it is indicted and I should not be
assisting. Has that policy changed as I saw that my colleagues assisted with victim transportation on another indicted
case.
Please let me know so I can coordinate with the case agent/ investigative team.
Thanks
