AIR SOLUTIONS INC. at this visit will maintain the air conditioning and heating system / systems and
components according to the terms and conditions set forth by its owners. Preventative maintenance
and diagnostic procedures listed below will be performed for your scheduled visits.
✓ Air handler checked for proper operation
✓ Filter change (1inch filter included) all other filter media or electronic air cleaners extra
charges may apply.
✓ Check blower wheel.
✓ Check temperature split
✓ Inspect residue at the air handler.
✓ Change belt if necessary. charges may apply
✓ Evaporator coil light cleaning included. (chemical cleaning will be estimated)
✓ Check Condensate drain.
✓ Clean trap and replace if necessary.
✓ Inspect emergency drain pan.
✓ Test emergency float switch.
✓ Inspect ductwork for leakage.
✓ Check air flow.
✓ Check thermostats for proper operation calibrate if necessary.
✓ Check all zone dampers and zone system if applicable
✓ Change Batteries annually. charges may apply
✓ Humidifier Shut down (spring) startup (fall).
✓ Change canister or pad replace if needed Canister and Pad extra charges .
✓ Check high voltage connections at indoor and outside condensing unit.
✓ Look for loose connections tighten if needed.
✓ Check refrigerant charge record pressures.
✓ Inspect for oil leaks.
✓ Check condensing unit for refrigerant leaks.
✓ Oil all motors and bearings if applicable.
✓ Check condensing unit wiring inspect contactor.
✓ Check compressor starting components.
✓ Check for air restriction around condensing unit advice customer if shrubs or trees need to
cut back for good air flow.
✓ In winter we check heat source for proper operation( Boiler, Electric heat, Heat Pump, Gas
Furnace) evaluate.
This is an inspection as well as a maintenance additional repairs may be suggested to keep your system
'working in the height of the season.
Your HVAC system. No matter how expensive the system is or what the manufacturer promises, is a
complicated piece of mechanical equipment and is subject to breakdowns and will needs repairs every so
often. This maintenance does not guarantee that your system will not fail, although you are reducing the
risk of incidence repairs by keeping on top of annual maintenance we cannot predict when a part will fail.
