Hi Brad — On page 2, I would probably say, "The parties have been in contact and are actively working to
determine whether the case can be resolved without additional litigation. To that end, the U.S. Attorney's Office
has asked the victims to delay filing their pleading for a period of up to thirty days to permit further discussions
about the facts and about possible resolution of the dispute. In view of these discussions, the parties have agreed
that the period of delay from October 27, 2010 through the filing of the victims' pleading has not prejudiced
either party."
And then you have to remove the last sentence of the first paragraph on page 5.
