(I have also attached their original proposal with a total fee of $175K). Basically what I asked them to do is change the proposal to include a "Conceptual Design" phase of work. Their proposed fee is $32,000 for Conceptual Design plus a $5,000 Initial Payment. I think that it would be great for them to be on the island when you are there if you think it would help.
