From: ==l > To: Darren Indyke Subject: TDS Travel Documents Services Date: Thu, 02 May 2013 15:41:41 +0000 I spoke to Dean in the Washington DC office and he says the best letter to use for the 2nd passport is the form letter that they provide on their website (which I have filled out)...this along with other does all must be signed by Jeffrey and sent along with his 10 year passport and 2 year passport...Dean says if we want to send your letter along with their form letter, it is totally fine. He said as long as we send in everything their website says to send in with original JE signatures and dates, we should be fine. I do think we should change the date of Jeffrey's international travels to depart on June 6 or 7 vs the June 1 date we are currently holding... (I've asked Sarah if she used any passport service in particular or has a contact and she has not responded back to me as of yet...I can ask again when she comes at 4:30 also) EFTA00391115
