On 07/09/2019, at 4:10 p.m. Eastern Time, Louis Garcia,
called the FBI National Threat Operations
Center (NT0C).
Garcia provided the following information:
In 2008, Garcia worked part time at the Palm Beach County Jail as a
corrections paramedic. The medical infirmary was separated into two
separate corridors, one for women and one for men. At some point, one
infirmary was closed and the men and women's medical infirmaries were
conjoined. Garcia claims while Jeffrey Epstein was incarcerated, he paid
to have one infirmary reopened. Epstein had "highly unusual preferential
treatment." Epstein paid for the entire medical infirmary to be reopened
and detailed so he would not have to be in the general population.
Garcia believes this was a violation of the ethics ordinance.
Additionally, the medical infirmary was not maintained like it was
supposed to be and Epstein had no medical issues. Under the authority of
Sheriff Bradshaw, sworn Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies, acted as
"private body guards" to Epstein on and off the grounds.
