Status of your UBS Preferred Visa Signature credit card
We are writing to inform you that your UBS Preferred Visa Signature card ending with 9864 will
closed on October 10, 2014.
If you would like to know the reason for our decision, you may request a more detailed
explanation within 60 days of the date of this notice. Your request must be made in writing and

We will send you a written statement of the reasons within 30 days after we receive your
written request.
What this means to you
• We ask that you please destroy all credit cards for this account, as future charges on these
cards will no longer be honored. Also, any vendors with recurring charges linked to this
credit card should be contacted for alternate payment arrangements.
• Although this credit card will be closed, per our cardmember agreement, you are responsible
to pay any outstanding balance. We will continue to send billing statements to the account
address on record until any balance is paid in full.
• Any remaining rewards points balance on this account will be forfeited 60 days after the
account is closed. Rewards points can be redeemed for merchandise and gift cards, or the
points can be transferred to another eligible UBS credit card account. Please contact us
using the number below for further assistance.
