Obviously, we do not know conclusively about the Florida state matter, but nobody remembers him being part of the defense team in that matter either. Dershowitz was not considered a subject in this investigation and no evidence was uncovered during the investigation to suggest Dershowitz was involved in the abuse of minors. The following is a description of the content of these FD-3025 and the manner with which Dershowitz was referenced.
