broker said she can't accept an offer unless I submit my financials with it, and that the seller is
very firm on 5499. They don't want to accept a contract, if they don't think the board will
approve the tenant.
I can't open the offer form because i don't have a mac and my "unstuff it" is not installed. I asked
her to send a pdf.
