We hereby submit a proposal for the following work:
As per my on site visit this would be the scope of work that you wanted done at this time. Where the finish has peeled off
we will have to power wash those areas or scrape which ever works than apply a new basecoat mesh and finish to those
areas. This process will be done at the main house mechanical building and dog area and at the hardest hit area the
courtyard walls which some of the built-outs on the corners of the pilasters will have to be redone.
I would like to have a walk through before job starts to make sure of the areas that will be worked on and note when walls
started getting power washed and if more of the existing finish starts coming off we can get paid for additional work.
Exclusions:
Tax, Bond Misc. Metals Finish Caulking Flashings Overtime
Weather Protection.

We propose hereby to furnish material and labor for a complete job for the sum of:
Price for Main House $2,900.00 Price for Dog Area $3,600.00
Price for Courtyard $14,900.00 Price for Mechanical Building $2,700.00
Qualifications of proposal:
1. Payment to be made as follows: Net 21 Days. No retainage may be held upon acceptance of this proposal. If payment is not made
in full. 1.5% interest per month will be owed on past due monies per the Retainage Act of New Mexico § 57-28-5 NMSA 1978.
2. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an
extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner
or general contractor is responsible to carry fire. tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman's
Compensation Insurance.
3. Work to be carried out according to a schedule that is agreed upon by both the general contractor and Southwest Lath & Plaster.
4. This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days by written commitment.

Acceptance of Proposal- The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You
are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above. In the event this accepted proposal
is placed for collection, the undersigned shall also be liable for all cost of collection Southwest Lath & Plaster Co., Inc.
may incur, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
