We shared all the work we've done on structural issues and costs to fix them (+1- $7M (not fully bid out)) which exceed our cash balances of around $3M. We also discussed with Rich that there is grant money available potentially to bridge part of the gap (+1- $1.5M) and that perhaps BPPR was interested in lending us more money. There is ROI in the event we can finance a chunk of the work with federal funds and cheaper debt (we are currently at 4.5% with BPPR). Rich agreed that the next step would be for us to talk to approach BPPR. We have spoken to them and they are interested in financing us. We sent them a full package of materials late November to evaluate the opportunity. They do take a while but have come through for us in the past as they like the asset.
