Madoff. Under contract but still in due diligence — probably $5.6. The buyers are a couple with
houses in TX and CA but not in PB.
210 El Bravo. (Prosser.) This is on the sw corner of Travers. Jeffery Prosser is the guy whose
telecom properties- headquartered in the Virgin Islands- have been in bankruptcy for years. The
house is now listed through the ankruptcy court for $8.9M> Jeff Fishr is now interested in it
and is trying to sell the dry lot on NLW he just bought for $6.5M+ to the guy who is buying the
$15.5 Maddock waterfront lot which abuts it. 27,000 sf land; 8800 sf house. Recently restored.
Weissman. Jodi lowered the price of Kings Road to $7.9 and drew three offers. She accepted
one in the $7s.
Schulhof(. Still pending in low $20s to a "polo" player.
