Good yuntif!
I spoke to Dan Hanley who represents Celia Farris' estate about The house has been in a trust
since 1991. Wells Fargo is the current trustee. Celia's two daughters are the principal beneficiaries.
Wells Fargo is having the house appraised. It will likely then be listed but no decision has been made on price or
broker.
Keith Tieste (who used to work for Dick Allison's brokerage) now manages Wells' trust-held real estate will be
influential in the decision making. Dan is calling him to ask him to call me before he lists the house and give me a heads
up. Depending on your interest, I could call him now and express more interest.
Her property is 125 feet wide by 160 feet deep. Judging from the plat, only about the west 35 feet is waterfront,
and the remaining (easterly) 90 feet abuts your land. The house is on PAPA at 12,400 square feet. As you know, it was
built for Consuelo Vandrbilt, and has (or used to)high ceilings and pretty good parquet floors and boiserie.
Let me know.
