Sounds good! I agree with the approach of billing hourly. With your approval, I'd like to begin
with a retainer of $30,000. This payment would be applied to the July 2014 invoice and any

What would you like me to focus on...presuming the NYC residence.
I can come to island anytime but my preference would be to couple it with an initial presentation
for the NYC residence, in a few weeks. Would that work?
