Not sure if she may have had insufficient funds or didnt pass the credit check. Even if we can get a prepay car she must pass these two criteria's. I went over the facts needed to be over 24 with a valid drivers license to rent a car but no mention of her needing to pass a credit check or have a credit card was mentioned.
