We have exciting things to share with you about upcoming events, a newly released video, and information about our current open awards and scholarships available. Events Singer and Krauss: An Origins Project Dialogue Be sure to secure your seats at this upcoming event featuring world-renowned moral philosopher Peter Singer and theoretical physicist Lawrence Krauss on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 7pm at Scottsdale Center for Performing Arts. Tickets are going fast! Evolving Ethics: Food, Sex & Death: An Origins Project Panel As part of Peter Singer's stay as an Origins Project Visiting Distinguished Professor, we are pleased to announce that we will also be offering this panel event in celebration of the Origins Project Dialogue on Friday, October 16, 2015. The panel will take place from noon to 1pm in the Marston Exploration Theater in the Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building (ISTB) 4 on ASU's Tempe campus. Tickets are free, and are available now. Online Resources Video: An Origins Project Dialogue: Life, The Universe, and Everything We are pleased to announce the release of a video featuring biologist and international best- selling author Richard Dawkins and Lawrence Krauss. This dialogue took place in Olomouc, Czech Republic at the Academia Film Olomouc Science Film Festival on April 17, 2015. Richard EFTA00636481 and Lawrence talked about interdisciplinary issues and how science is a critical guide for humans. Awards & Scholarships The Origins Project provides a variety of unique prizes and scholarships to students, scholars and researchers.
