1) Royal Palm Beach Police Department Case #02-9702 was filed on
06/19/02 in reference to a Citation being issued to aim
A copy of the report is enclosed. (See exhibit 1)
2) Palm Beach County Sheriffs Offices Case #02-75321 was filed on
06/02/02 in reference to a civil matter involving and her
boyfriend (a and her landlord. The report was filed in reference
to their eviction from the premises and property damage that resulted
from the eviction. A copy of the report is enclosed. (See exhibit 2)
3) Royal Palm Beach Police Department Case #01-3008 was filed on
08/03/01 in reference to a theft that occurred at her apartment after
several people were visiting her and someone removed $500.00 cash
from her wallet which was located in a pocket of a shirt in her closet in
her master bedroom. A copy of the report is enclosed. (See exhibit 3)
4) Royal Palm Beach Police Department Case #01-2214 was filed on
06/10/01 in reference to a burglary and a simple assault involving
ex-fiancee, NM and her new boyfriend,
brought her new friend to their
apartment and the friend (Mt became verbally and physically
abusive to MS A copy of the report is enclosed. (See exhibit 4)
5) Palm Beach County Sheriffs Offices Case #99-36347 was filed on
02/18/99 in reference to a Run Away Child. The report was filed in
reference to a child who ran away from a drug rehab program house
and was re-located to another home located at the
residence on Rackley Drive. A copy of the report is enclosed. (See

6) Palm Beach Police Department Case #98-41883 was filed on
02/28/98 in reference to a Sexual Battery involving
Officers responded to an undisclosed group home in reference to one
of the occupants being raped approximately (3.5) weeks earlier. Mrs.
told police that was her daughter's
boyfriend and that her daughter has a history of drug abuse.
identified later in a lineup a Joshua B. Bunner and Kevin
Thompson as the subjects who raped her on 02/01/98. Bunner and
Thompson told police it was consensual and not rape. A copy of the

7) Royal Palm Beach Police Department Case #98-343 was filed on
02/03/98 in reference to being located by her
brother after being reported as a missing person. A copy
of the report is enclosed. (see exhibit 7)
8) Palm Beach County Sheriffs Offices Case #98-27604 was filed on
01/29/98 in reference to a missing persons report involving
Lynn her mother told police didn't
come home from school and has recently had problems with her
daughter hanging out with the wrong crowd and being in possession of
drugs and being involved with a bunch of girls who were involved in
cult activities. A copy of the report is enclosed. (See exhibit 8)
9) Royal Palm Beach Police Department Case#97-2687 was filed on
11/04/97 in reference to Sexual Battery involving
The owner of the home property where the incident occurred contacted
police after hearing noises in her backyard and observing (6) juveniles
(3) girls and (3) boys engaged in what appeared to be sexual or lewd
acts. the owner observed on the ground in a
compromising position and told the (2) white males on top of her to get

interviewed later told police she did not remember anything
