I appreciate the need for you to keep a low profile right now and I want to do everything I can to protect that. But the other donors should make a lot of noise. And right now the university should be terrified of any kind of legal proceeding. Certainly any financial improprieties would be disastrous. But more than that Every university in the country almost is being hit with lawsuits on the basis of their withholding rates and due process.
