Electricity Plumbing xii) Miller Bonded have started the piping in the water pump building — completion expected 15 Dec. + Update 11. Building for RO xiii) Building is up and new door (to replace wrong door previously sent) should arrive 15 Oct. + Update 12. Guest vehicle for ranch ix) Larry is investigating a Mercedes Sprinter as per JE request and is awaiting Mercedes dealer to respond. + Plse advise 13. Transplant pinon trees x) A few trees have died. Approx cost is $2000.00 (rental of 4 came labour to dig and replant) to transplant 5 pinons (taken form ranch) to replace. JE sd yes to above — JE wants price to transplant 50 The cost to transplant 50 7-8 foot pinons: $25,200 plus tax Trees can be moved up until March. Since the irrigation is cut down this time of year we will have enough water this fall to irrigate the new trees. Once the new well is up and running we will not have a problem in the summer time.
