(She actually told=me once in her office, that Noam did not have rights to the assets of the =arital trusts, since Noam's children were the beneficiaries.) =C2 Therefore, she doesn't want to expose h=rself to Max and to the children, as providing Noam with material that pro=es that Noam is entitled to. She wants to make look like, on the con=rary, despite her efforts to follow Max's agenda, that Noam is demandi=g some actions and as his legal representative, she has to follow his requ=sts. This will free her in Max's and the children's eyes. An= also in Noam's eyes.
