Larry,
I just spoke to my chief pilot and we can accommodate this request (sorry for the confusion). He did say that it
would most likely add a fuel stop because the range on the Phenom. I am working on adjusting the price due to
the additional fuel that would be burned. I will have something shortly.
Best,
Chris

Chris,
Sony to hear this, i'm not quit sure why this was denied, the reason for Private jet charters is to
accommodate, I will reach out to other operators to cover Mr Epstein's flights,.
pls let me know if your Chief Pilot informs you otherwise,,,,except for the increase fuel burn, which i'm sure
your quite capable of passing this expense to us„ this trip is not any different than a King Air flying from
Seattle to LongBeach..
let me know if something changes,.

Hey Larry,
I spoke with my VP of Operations and he said we could not accommodate this request (unfortunately). I
am still waiting for my Chief Pilot, but it will most likely be the same answer. Sony for the delay in getting
back to you and if I receive more information I will contact you right away!
Best,
Chris

Hey Larry,
Absolutely! I will let you know what they say. Estimated flight time on the P100 for this trip would be 2
hours and 48 minutes (zero wind). Let me know if you need anything in the meantime!

Chris

Thanks Chris,
Yes I figured normal cabin Altitude would be 6500 ft, the goal is to accomplish the flight at 23,000ft in
order to keep a sea Level cabin pressure or what ever the highest altitude a phenom can fly inorder to
keep a sea level cabin.
What do you estimate flight time is using a Phenom?
Thx
Larry

Yes it would be Mr Epstein only an possible one light passenger in the 100lb lite weight class.
And. Yes the Phenom would be fine,. Only requirement is sea level cabin for the flight.

Hey Rich,
Thank you very much for reaching out! Our CJ3s are currently based on the East Coast but we have
our Phenom 100s based all over the West Coast. Would this jet be okay? In the meantime, let me pass
this request along to my VP of Operations and Chief Pilot. I will let you know as soon as I hear back
from them. Would it just be Mr. Epstein on the flight?
Best,
Chris

The passenger needs to have a cabin altitude of SEA LEVEL during this flight due to an eye condition. Is the O3
capable of flying at FL230 (23,000) or what ever altitude required to maintain a sea level cabin pressure?
