Judith sent J Dennis to Steve Hanson in early January ,,,and we never heard back While I am on it Richard has been nothing short of AMAZING but he is one person and clearly has more to do than anyone person can do. So the first thing I would do is find Richard number 2 so there is depth on the bench , bandwidth etc and he has time to think about the big picture and there is back up Out hands are tied because we are not doing any more paid adds since our invoices are not paid ,,,,,there are better places to put adds than estate jobs Generally to recruit for 4 or 5 key positions like the ones you have available a client would invest 25 to 40 k in costs. And invest their own time The people you want are working and need to courted and lured away to a better opportunity ,,,which includes money „fair and kind employer ( which we have ). „ good benefits , vacation etc. NONE of which is defined I realize that this may seem foreign to methods that have worked in the past but the world has changed There is lots of money in the world and plenty of private service jobs for the best talent. wealthy people have become very savvy employers Richard.,,,,,,,JE told me in no uncertain terms he did not want budgeting to be part of any role or add or job description „your PA add does not include travel and the PA job we are on is all about travel 200 days a year I agree with Richard budgeting is important,,,, ,I point this out as an opportunity for all us to get on the same page and to demonstrate that we are not Mr Epstein. The very GOOD NEWS is everyone wants to help you and get this right and have a long term solution for you. We need you to meet us on the 50 yard line You are the one who can say Richard Judith and Peter get this done. Give us a budget.
