I am in receipt of your fax letter dated June 3, 2011, enclosing a Notice of Hearing for
June 9, 2011 at 8:45 a.m. on Epstein's Response/Objection to Edwards' Request for Production
served April 15, 2011. With regard to this motion, I believe it should be heard on the July 13,
2011 special appointment hearing date and handled with all other pending discovery and
privilege issues. Also, I do not think it is the type of motion that can be heard on the Uniform
Motion Calendar.
Therefore, I request that you cancel this hearing for Thursday and have it heard on July
13, 2011.
