Thanks I will pass this to the case agents. Let me know if you have any ideas on ways to flush out victims from
the Caribbean, PR, DR, etc., possibly through the media. We'd be interested in learning about potential victims who
visited the St. Thomas compound.

Good morning,
I know that Mr. Epstein is currently an FBI target nationwide. I shared this info with the USAO in SDNY, but
you may also wish to pass it along to the FBI team in NYC. is working with us here in the USVI
on a possible International Megan's Law (IML) case against Epstein. I am happy to discuss. Certainly, this
information supports the position that Mr. Epstein is not reporting his travel. That is all the more reason to
believe that he is a flight risk.
Thank- ou,

Here are the documents you requested in regards to my investigation into Mr. Epstein.
On March 15, 2019 Mr. Epstein signed the Virgin Islands sex offender registry Notification of Duty to Report Travel (IML)
form.
On March 22, 2019 Mr. Epstein travelled to Vienna, Austria where he and three (3) female passengers went to coffee
and it appears this travel was not reported.
On April 25, 2019 Mr. Epstein travelled to Morocco and it appears this travel was not reported.
Please note if this information is made public I strongly believe it may hamper our ability to confirm this information as
the investigation is ongoing. Especially with his resources.
