Good morning Jeffrey,
FYI - Jeanne and I have not said anything to Una as yet. We will say
something in the next two weeks (end of May) once we finalize the exit
plan. I spoke to John since Una was such a integral part of both his
campaigns. He thinks he has been able to identify a job for her under a
federal grant but, if that works out, he can't arrange a start for Una until
the beginning of the fiscal year (Oct 1) when the grant begins. Given
Una's tenure here as well as being a core worker in this office, we would
like to her give her a soft landing. Una is the breadwinner in her family so
we feel that a soft landing is essential. John should be able to nail down
something definitive with in the next two weeks at which time we will tell
her.
With warm regards,
Cecile
