originally Rolls Royce wanted us to install One loaner engine at = time and complete a test flight.
Kathleen stated there will be a Rolls Royce rep on this test flight in=Dallas, if we would install in P/31, Kathleen
would be the person to f=y on Test flight, (she knows what to looks for during test flight).
My goal, if you agree is to have Rolls Royce complete Midlife =A0inspections on our engines after loaners are
installed, the only way Rol=s Royce will pay for our loaner install and complete Midlife inspecti=n is after loaners are
installed and we confirm during test flight that vi=ration is remedied with loaner engines installed. If I take a p=rson
from Dallas Rolls Royce that has not felt the vibration previous=y, it will be my word along with Dallas person to point
out if ride i= smooth or vibration still exists.
I'm thinking of informing Kathleen I prefer to install both loaner= engines at same time and accomplish test
flight, and explain I have limit=d down time to return GIV to you. If I install One loaner engine and take =he Rolls Royce
Dallas person on a test flight, he will experience first ha=d the vibration and will be looking for this Vib after the second
engine i= installed.
I wanted to check with you, if I'm approaching this in correct man=r.
should I install one loaner engine then accomplish a test flight =r change Both engines at same time?
