Subject: this afternoon I am sure Leon made mention this morn of our effort to pursue an acquisition of Artspace for Phaidon. Rich and I have a call here at 12:30 with tax counsel regarding corporate structure. We now need to include discussion of where this fits in that corporate structure. Leon asked me to seek your input on this. This acquisition is on a fast track. Our LOI is supposed to be submitted by close of business today.
