EFTA00403043 I thought you had recd a quote from Jim d and you thought he was a bit high? Jim has been very helpful and has helped out when we needed it. I do think he is a good guy. But if we have another quote to compare him to, nothing worn with asking him to match if other guy is lower. Did you take the lights from the front porch? Things are going to start happening quickly. I am getting bids on a poured wall foundation to compare them to the precast foundation. I am going to arrange to get temporary electric set up,(An electrician already has the paper work set up). I have meetings with the both the poured wall guys and Superior walls. I am meeting another excavator on Tuesday along with another framer from your area. In addition I am meeting with the lumber yard that is doing take offs on your lumber and windows. I haven't received a bid for the excavation but we have signed Jim Denkhman to do the knock down. Now is the time to order the foundation and or sign the poured guy.
