Dear Jeffrey, Richard mentioned that following a conversation about his friend who had to be evacuated you had said that in an emergency we could contact you about the use of your helicopter. I wonder if this offer stands and if so who we would contact? There arc no private helicopters operating currently so this would be very much appreciated if ever a situation were to arise.
