(I have a CD from 10-27-15 that states X-Ray of L-Spine and MRI L-SPine 11-3-15 from the Hospital for Special Surgery, Dr. Rawlins...I have X-Rays of his spine from Dr. Qureshi that will only open on a PC (not a Mac) from Dec. 16, 2013...1 also have an MRI from Dr. Shimony from Oct. 24, 2013...1 will scan and email you those results now...I don't have paper work on the others unfortunately..)
