T=ey would be the duc bank from the generator building to the sea water intak= building that will include the new fiber for the desal system and the repa=r of the 5 palms electric and fiber feeds due to your request that the work=be done as soon as possible. The material for th= duc bank is on island and the material list for 5 palms is going out today=for pricing. I was going to have LSJ purchase all the material and have a l=cal contractor install for which I am going to get two prices. The only area where the amount of potential work is likely to inter=st a stateside company would be GSJ. The issue w=th getting bids at this point is any scope of work that may be put into a l=st is simply an idea with no engineering or design to base an actual bid on= Before you can issue a scope of work to be bid on the=e needs to be a considerable amount of time and money spent with an enginee=ing and design firm to produce drawings and/or designs, on paper, that cont=actors can then put a dollar figure to. I reached out t= Springline for this specific purpose and they declined ,as have Jaredian D=sign. A stateside contractor may be interested i= doing design-build and maybe that would be a path to explore but I do not h=ve any connection with a company of that type.
