This is going to take a few weeks. The mechanics are scrambling to keep old broke equipment running. After this weeks construction finishes we need to step up sale of old items. Also the sale of barge,boats. Engineering/mechanics We need to; I. Sell old equipment 2. Replace frequently used equipment with new machines. The backhoe, bobcat, dump truck, maintenance ATV;s.etc. If everything is new and running we need to cut two more from engineering/mechanics. Maintenance also needs to be be reduced by two. Example: Danny is the electrician. We will not need a full time electrician. We need someone that can multitask. Either he learns another job or he goes. During your visit next week we can discuss.
