I am off to Russia but I wanted you to know that I appreciate the willingnes= to consider. I know I am right having
nothing to do with markets or sentim=nt. But a risk in sentiment in my case could lead to the exception proving t=e rule.
Since I need to get this project up and running and funded by July 1=1 am eager to press the argument.
