I'll pick it up. We wont know when the public hearing is until CZM finishes review. I'll be checking with IP as soon as he is back.

Army Corps puts out a public notice which runs for 30 days and the public and agencies can ask for more information or cam
comment. Then they get us the comments and we respond and then the federal reviewing agencies (FWS, NMFS, EPA, USCG) all

review and determine if they concur with the project. This may take 4 to 6 months. Once ACE receives all the concurrence letters
they prepare the permit and send it to us for review. It is not a fast process.
On the CZM side they review for completeness and give us comments. They then set a public meeting which we must advertise for
two weeks. They must render a decision with 30 days of the public hearing. If approved CZM prepares permit and it is send to
Governor's office first for legal review and then signature by the governor. The governor then sends it to the legislature. The
environmental committee first votes on it and if approved they send it to the committee of the whole (entire legislature) and they
vote on it. Once its approved the legislature signs it and we have a permit. There are no set time frames once it goes to the
governor.
Any movement on getting me a check?
