Amex called Fukeria and spoke to the owner of the restaurant. They only acce=t cash or CC from person actually in the
restaurant. They would not accept y=ur card.
FYI- the Amex concierge dept does this sort of thing all the time and is hap=y to do it for you. She said oversees
restaurants don't like accept 3rd par=y cc.
