i spoke with alan and skip on friday and they both believe =his can be a legitimate call. the concern we all have is that
we =ever received a notice via mail which seems strange as ftc address has =ot changed. alan said he has seen instances
were this TEFRA =ivision calls without notice. skip researched the number and he =elieved it was a valid IRS Ogden
telephone number. after =esearching ftc 2006 return was amended (filed in 2010) for a pinehurst =lus k-1. note the ftc
return has only been filed with VI Bureau =nd never the IRS. shall i call the number skip provided me with =r pass.
please advise
