Boats return to Red Hook to deliver wave 2. May be up to an hour before wave 2 steps foot on the target. RDT has 2 gallons of water per person + gatorade Sr Monday and will handle lunch. Bring snacks and water bottles as the water is literally in gallon jugs. Anticipate donning vest/FBI shirt while on boat. Please be as low viz as possible in public. Local media has already reported FBI/NYPD presence on island. Hotel - Sugar Bay Resort Be aware this hotel is closed to the public but there are utlility workers/contractors staying here who are helping with island recovery. Left side driving here and phone service is terrible. Site survey conducted today, observed 5ish landscaping workers and likely a security person staged at the dock - no weapons observed but anticipate staff may be armed. Safe travels tomorrow.
