Not so happy with the "disagreement" or miscommunication with Terje and Mona and their "social circles" as
you now know.
I am not here on this planet to make money off friends. I will be as supportive as I can given my troubles now.
Let us thus hope we can all now work it out and then meet "everybody's" desires or aspirations. Not such a
greedy and dishonorable person as I am made to be.
Awkward situation that I feel bad for and got into by only trying to do good. Why am I feeling bad because
formalities, written agreements are ignored and statements made to help and support are being used against me
when I am now in the shit. He had a lawyer team on it and I had not. To say I could have "fixed" it (or
extended the options w/o him knowing is hard to grasp and will not be deemed correct). Teije could have
"fixed" it w/o me is perhaps more correct (by somehow declaring the option and he could at least then and at
any point before xmas/new year 2017/2018 started a process of attempting to make an effort to arrange to pay
as per the option agreement). I will however leave it for now and focus on the end-goal and only if needed deal
with it then. Focus on the end-goal is my reply to myself and by this End of story.
Given the blurred views on what are "facts" I stay on your channel and keep off the verbal route from now on
and on these specific matters if you do not mind. Recall your "Apple stock story" and actually told Grace of it
as I walked out of your place. A good self ironic reminder that we are all human and subjects that are capable
of a complete xuck up at times.
Pls send me a copy of the counter signed rental agreement.
Pls let me know when Terje wants to make it public by registering it as a lien on the property (as it may then
hit the tabloid Norway press). I will then get to work on the rest of it.

I am referring to my discussions with you the last couple of days re the Terje rental Agreement.
I hereby offer, on a unilateral basis, to reduce the quarterly payable rent of the property and from next
payment that is due to be paid and that is before july 1st 2018.
The new rent will be set at NOK 500,000.- per annum or NOK 125 000 per quarter. Ref the rental
Agreement par 2.
The rent, as per par 2, will then need be inflation adjusted with 100% of increase in Norway CPI as
published by Norway SSB and with first possible annual adjustment july 1st 2019.
For the duration I refer to the rental Agreement par 3.
As per this Agreement the rental is "tidsubestemt" in Norway.
By Terje counter signing on this email (by hand and by email) we will treat this as an integral part of the
enclosed Agreement as signed and dated may 9th 2011.
Kindly make this formality happen in the course of the next few days and then he can register it
("tinglysning") on the property if he so desires and as per the Agreement par 9.
