This outlines the project objectives and and identifies the scope of work to be designed for the building. It includes anticipated space requirements based on the functions indicated. Mike is working on getting me a list of quantity of each type of staff and equipment list. This may or may not affect the square footage listed. If so the square footage table will be adjusted accordingly. Please review and provide comments if any. Working on the revised conceptual plan. Bunker Building: Spoke with Mike on phone Wednesday and he told me the Bunker Building is now a top priority. Will work on preliminary layout for that this week for review/approval. Maintenance/Back of House building: Reviewed original concept with owner and Mike and direction was to do a new concept more compact and efficient. Working on that layout now for review/approval so that we can get it to Buck Steel and Allied Buildings for the metal building structure. Mike is working on getting some dimensions of various equipment that will be put in the building for us. We reviewed the schematic design solution for the cottage and he gave us some direction on that which we are working on now. We also reviewed the concept for the maintenance (engineering) building, and visited the site. We will be working on revising the concept plan for that based on the limitations of the site, size of the building, and more efficient layout in terms of circulation in the building and access to the spaces from outside. Once we have this revised conceptual plan, I will review with the consulting engineers so that we can provide a A&E services proposal.
