Please also confirm whether your request is intended to last only for the duration of any federal investigation, or whether you intend the restriction on disclosure to be permanent. I note also that, if we receive a court order (including a court-ordered subpoena) for the unredacted file, we will notify you so that you can seek to preserve any investigative confidentiality, but we comply with court orders.
