I reminded him that his original fee of 14,994 included acting as Construction Manager for entire job which is not complete. He agreed to come back to LSJE if we released 18,000. He will need two days to complete 18" (1 day of framing and next day to pour) That additional cost will be 2,194 per clay ifjimmy is part of crew or 1,300 per day ifjimmy does not come with his crew.
